Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us operate our services, including website hosting, email (Google Workspace), and our phone answering service, or when required by law.

Phone calls

Calls to our business line are answered by a virtual assistant (an AI system) and may be recorded and transcribed so we can take your request; a summary is sent to our team.

Recording in our vehicle

For safety and security, our vehicle records audio and video inside and outside the vehicle. Recordings are used for safety, security, and dispute resolution and are not sold.

Do Not Track

Our website does not track visitors across third-party sites and does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.

Retention

We keep request records only as long as needed for business, legal, and regulatory purposes.
